Jealousy=mistrust?

Oh, yeah. That is the whole point of the mass destruction feeling. The mistrust is the base of jealousy, though the mistrust may be of different kinds. It is not only the mistrust for a person the jealouser is in love with. It is also mistrust in everything including his- or herself. The jealouser is not able to believe in a number of things and that inability results in jealousy and jealousy results in a number of troubles. They never trust anyone. They don't even trust themselves and they don't trust their mind that says them that things he or she believes in are simply impossible things.
The mistrust may be of different kinds and nature. The most spread mistrust concerns a person who is being jealoused. The jealouser can't trust a person he or she is in love with and so jealousy appears. The mistrust may be caused by a number of things. First of all it is the experience of the jealouser. He or she used to lead not the most innocent life and so he or she saw a number of things and used to be the one who cheats. This person knows for sure all tricks people take in order to mislead the one they cheat to. They are skilful cheaters and so they can't imagine that there are people who can remain loyal and devoted.
Another kind of mistrust is mistrust in the merits of one's own. There are people who don't trust in themselves. They are sure that there are a number of people who are better and more skilful than they are in a number of ways. That is the mistrust in one's powers. People are not able to realize that they are just the same with other people and there is no perfect man and perfect women. It is hard for them to believe that someone can love them like they are. They always afraid of the fact that a woman or a man they are in love with will meet someone who will be better and everything will be gone.
It is also mistrust in love. They believe that there is no love in the world but the material benefits only. They are sure that a person stays next to them because he or she wants to get something from them. As so, one day there will be someone who will be able to give more and the relationships will be over. So, jealousy is equal to mistrust. But it is not only the mistrust in someone's feelings and loyalty; it is also mistrust in one's ability to hold someone next to him for the rest of the life. If there is no trust there is no future, and if there is no future there is nothing to live for.
Jealousy is a mass destructive feeling able to ruin everything in one's life. The only way to dispose that mistrust is to learn how to trust. There are no medicines able to heal the mistrust of a person. Mistrust is created by a person itself and so may be disposed only by means of inner strength of a person. Needless to say that it is a rather difficult tusk and there are a few people able to deal with this tusk. Most people are not able to struggle against it and so they remain in the state of constant fear and mistrust. And there are also a few people able to live happily with a though that a person they are in love with will never trust them.
